Keep Moving

YES, I am talking about EXERCISE…not a lot, though…

If you really want to know how to build muscle and lose fat, you do have to do some exercise, and eat the “right” healthy foods.

Taking a brisk 20 minute walk at the right time of day is a great help!

Also, doing some strength building exercises will help. You don’t have to join a gym or buy expensive equipment.

Most of us have things around us that can be used to help us in this endeavor. The most important thing is to DO IT REGULARLY and at the right time of day!

 Doing regular exercise has always been a hard one for me for some reason. I get busy doing other things and just don’t make the time for it.

But now at my age, I am really seeing the need to take that walk, and lift a few weights. It not only makes a HUGE difference in how strong I feel, but has helped me to burn that extra fat that just didn’t want to come off any other way!

And as my doctor told me many years ago, “the more you exercise, the more you want to do it. The less you exercise, the less you want to do it.” He was so right!
